I want to download a latest version of vasp. whwn I link to cms.mpi.univie.ac.at through ftp server it always shows
unknown host.

you are not entitled to access our ftp server yourself, please
ask the head of your VASP group to retrieve the latest release
of vasp.4.6 on behalf of his/her group.
